None of the supported items are required for the base addon to function, certain logic is tied to them however. Primarily to SEF, so if you wish to use the addon with their intended effects, mount SEF.

man i wish there was food in this pack but that would be a while i think so maybe thats why da foods ain't getting added

Hi. I have noticed that from time to time and depending on map, cache and various other chaotic variables. The view model either shows no object in the hands or a parent object like pills in the medkit for example.
