This is a nigh perfect place (for a GM) to set up a 'safe house' where players can appreciate and sort their previously gathered loot. And because... well, because it's always the same in this situation. Maybe a little spice would do some good?

The other way round, of course, the hideout can also be used by a hostile party.
Various entrances and exits, the balconies and the trap options make this an interesting little place for conflict encounters.
