C&I Heritage Railway - Chaningford to Wedgeford

This layout was inspired by a game of the same name, so I decided to recreate it to some extent in Rolling Line for folks to enjoy. The layout includes five points of interest which includes Chaningford Dock, Chaningford, Windmill Halt, Wedgeford Road, and Wedgeford Yard. Four A.I trains can run automatically without interference on this line, it is possible to do up to five and six but that would be really grid locking the line. Here is more information about the line:

"The Chaningford and Isberch Railway was once part of the Wider Bloxville and Main Line Railway linking the busy Port Town of Chaningford with the beautiful Sea Side town of Knitchester. The line provided Important freight connections as well as a link to the Wedgeford Abbey Light Railway (Closed September 1935). When the Wedgeford Abbey Light Railway closed down the Chaningford and Isberch Railway started to decline in passenger numbers and freight exports and in 1973, the Bloxville Main Line Railway Company closes the line. Only three years later (in 1976) the Chaningford and Isberch Railway was re-opened as a Heritage Line from Chaningford to Finehall, closely working with BMLR and running regular Steam and Diesel hauled services." - Description provided by Bloxville and Main Line Railway.

The layout itself is also very driver friendly meaning you can mess around with the layout and easily integrate trains onto the Mainline without causing too much havoc, you can also stage and create your own formations with the provided staging and formation zone. Hopefully you enjoy this interpretation of a Fictional Heritage Railway.
