Good day fellow officers, I present to you Brighton Police Department "White & Black Edition" slicktop edition bundle!

>> Vehicle Liveries - All vehicles (including the latest DLCs) are all white with black markings.

>> Vehicle Lights (ELS) - all vehicles have a custom red & green patterns with some amber. There are a couple of DLC vehicles that are not programmed correctly as a result of a bug. Will update once available and patched.
*Light emissions were reduced from 0.25 to 0.10 to reduce blindness at night.*

>> Vehicle Sirens & Sounds - the sirens & sounds are custom Wail, Yelp, Phaser and Airhorn.

>> Officer Names - officer names can be changed simply going to the section of the names and changing to you desired names.

**Change versions will now reflect the latest patch version of the game. This will help ensure the identity of mod as well as easier to modify**

All parts of this mod is customize-able by simply going to your Steam directory DRIVE:INSTALL DIRECTORYSteamsteamappsworkshopcontent9970103356562297 and modify the 'manifest.json'. For example, you may have a mod of a livery, ELS and/or Siren/Sound mod that you would like to keep in conjunction with this one. Just delete/edit any of the lines to your desired outcome.
