Are you tired of Victoria 3 being just a waiting game? Well, this small mod doesn't solve that BUT it makes that you construct more things while you are insignificant to the international affairs or just too poor to build anything! After all, vic3 is nothing less than an economy simulator, right? :)
This mod is NOT for historically accuracy or things like that!

The followings bonuses are apllying:
- Great Power: + 15% Influence
- Major Power: + 10% Construction Efficiency / + 10% Influence
- Unrecognized Major Power: + 15% Construction Efficiency
- Minor Power: + 20% Construction Efficiency
