Phasmophobia Ghost Hunters

Phasmophobia Ghost Hunter, remade from the ground up for the EXW Horror Jam, has arrived to professionally hunt for any signs of paranormal activity in Rivals, and this time he's not alone!
This character features four different player models, each with their own set of alternate colors. Press on your character's face in the CSS to change between the four of them!

Taking inspiration from both the original, and SSL versions, PGH (Phasmophobia Ghost Hunter) aims to control the battle field with their supply of items to place! By using Nspecial, you can generate or use Evidence items to dominate areas of the stage. As such, this version of PGH plays more like a trapper than their previous versions.
You can see brief descriptions of what each item does by pressing Down and Taunt in practice mode.

Using Fspecial, you can throw any item you currently have as a projectile. This way, you can decide whether set up for potential plays, or discard your item more aggressively.


Similar to SSL PGH, PGH has a Sanity meter that goes down when hitting attacks, or when using Nspecial items. You can see your current Sanity percentage on your HUD, as well as your current item.

Dspecial places down up to two candles at a time, which serve as easy ways to lower Sanity early on, as well as set up easy confirms and combos.
Below 50% Sanity, this attack will anger the Ghost, causing it to hunt!

The Ghost is an entity that serves no player, it can harm and attack anyone in the match. If you stay close to it for long enough, it'll notice you, and begin chasing! Being caught by the Ghost leaves you completely open to be attacked...

During a hunt, all PGHs in the match will change their Nspecial, Fspecial, and Dspecial to attacks that either interact with the Ghost, or prolong/shorten the amount of time it is active.

Notable tips/tricks with attacks:
- Ustrong: Photo Camera, can be angled while charging.
- Fspecial: Item Throw, can still be used without an item, but no projectile will be made. While falling, this attack can be used to stall PGH in the air slightly.
- Uspecial: Crucifix, flies higher the longer you hold down Special. If PGH uses this attack while in the bottom blastzone, they will automatically teleport to the crucifix.
- Taunt: Photo Camera, can interact with the Ghost in a special way, but we don't advise players to attempt this in actual matches...
- Crouch, can transition to Crawl by holding Left or Right.
- Roll: Take Cover!, has special properties that extend the animation if Shield is held. PGH will not aggro the Ghost if they are hiding with Roll.
