Don't Smoke in Bed!

Description
Smoking in bed can start a fire. The more tired you are the more likely it will happen. Don't do that.

Requires "True Actions: Act 1 & 2 - Sitting & Lying." Can be added or removed from existing saves.

Don't smoke, kids. And especially don't smoke in bed.

@aquelarrefox - I could look into it, would take some work. I would probably set it up as a seperate mod.... But like I said, would take some work, it would be a separate system than the one I created to track this one. So it wouldn't be just adding on to this one.

could you make start forest fires if you smake close a tree? or ina forest area? (i dont know how its better to code)
