I ended up catching every fish and wanted to create this list for people trying to collect each one in their collection.

The fish are in order in terms of appearance in their collection slot. I hope this helps a few people.

Special Condition: Randomly, a meteor will spawn in the water on the map (it apparently can spawn in any body of water). You'll hear a low *sploooooosh* sound when it does. Try to find it and throw your bobber on it. It'll look like a big brown meatball/rock.
