Cross-tier Luminescence

Description
When enemies use Sun infusions, not only do they have a chance to blind you, but they apply a second debuff that reduces stealth/invisibility. The problem is that, when using abilities that cure a random status effect, the game may choose to remove the (almost worthless) stealth penalty instead of the more debilitating blind effect. This addon resolves the issue by having Luminescence be considered a cross-tier effect, which most status cures remove in addition to regular ones. Suggested by Edge.

Still seems to be working from my usage, Tim

So anyone know if this is still working as of 1.5?

This should be integrated into the game. Best addon after Quick Drown NPC.

I have lost count of how many times I've gotten killed because my Wild Infusion decided to mock me by not restoring my sight against a bunch of Rogues, so this is pretty sexy.

Cross-tier effects are additional status effects that get added on to other ones as a bonus for having high spell/physical/mind power compared to the target's save. You may notice, for example, that sometimes when you get confused your abilities stop cooling down; that's the Mental cross-tier effect, Brainlocked.

This seems like as good a place as any to ask. What exactly does cross-tier mean?
