Description
Just a simple patch to the Bandits mod. Adds sandbox settings to control bandit vehicle spawning. As well as DayOne options for car alarms, sirens and headlights randomly going off.
WARNINGS:
* I did limited testing on my end, so do lemme know if it's completely broken.
