Terraria but the Angler is a PARASITIC ISOPOD

Replaces the Angler with a tongue biter isopod!
Tongue biter isopods are silly lil isopod parasites that attach to the tongue of fish and basically replace the original by amputating it through a lack of blood.

Funnily enough, the isopods are said to work exactly the same as the real thing.
Weird parasitic prosthetics!
Imagine a giant worm jumping out at you and replacing your arm!

Anyways... This does not change the Shimmered sprite!
