Small balance changes to R56 and R56RP DE
Adds various custom made paths to multiple countries.

Only thing I deleted was the focus tree, so the tag still exists in the mod so if you want to use it rn do this in console "set_cosmetic_tag GER GER_HIM" that will set the Ordenststaat cosmetic tag for Germany

I will probably repurpose it at some point for the new fuhrer focus when you select Himmler.
