Mod Version: 1.1.0
For CK3 Version: 1.13.* (Roads to Power)



Simple changes to the names of some of the Romance Languages.

D'Oc Vulgar = Provençal
D'Oïl Vulgar = Francien
Dacian Vulgar = Wallachian
Iberian Vulgar = Iberian
Italian Vulgar = Italian
Sardinian Vulgar = Sardinian

Some of these may be anachronistic but I think despite this the above changes "feel" more immersive to me. Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions for further changes, this is not based on much research so I will try to defer to the evidence if presented.



This mod replaces the "cultural_languages" localization file, this will clash with other mods that replace the same file. I've not made a compatch before but let me know if there is interest and I will give it a go.

Great mod! May I suggest replacing just some of the translation keys instead of the entire file? It would make the mod even more compatible since you'd only touch the names of the specific languages you want to replace.
