Changes
  • Increased max alliances with players to 3
  • Top4 gp alliance block is disabled entirely
  • Mewar ideas changed (inf fire exchanged with fort def)
  • Fixed unannexable Kham
  • Shock + Empire policy changed to 7.5 cav combat from 0.02 infantry shock, 0.05 cav shock
  • Mil policy 43 has been deleted
