About:
Paranoia is a single-player modification of the Half-Life computer game was released on December 3, 2007 by a group of Russian enthusiasts. The rendering of the modification uses OpenGL, which allowed for the use of modern visual effects such as bump mapping, reflections, detailed textures, 3D graphics, 3D skyboxes, and an improved model lighting system. Теперь жду адаптацию оружия из второй части, сама игра была не такой классной, как первая часть, но модели оружия оттуда классные были.

I don't see any problems on my side. Try to restart GMod and launch gm_construct map.

it has a bug when i aim, it flickers white a lot

@Šaputanje, в нем нет никакого замороченного кода, который нацелен ломать скрипты, разве что кроме подствольника для МП5.
