Park and click the Money and Power button to open the transaction panel
Transaction content:
1. Comprehensive treatment and sobering up. Clearing hunger, fatigue, and stress
2. Change the weather
3. Change the time (without accumulating infection level)
4. Delete traits
5. Purchase scrap materials
6. Purchase attributes
7. Purchase items
8. Purchase equipment accessories

It says when you pull over your car, you can see the button showing up. If you're in a city, you may have to leave the city first.

nice mod, but it would be interesting if there was a way to remove the infection from a trucker using this mod, other than that it seems to work fine.
