Firecruiser Minipumper

Description
General:

The Firecruiser is a fictional Type 2 mini pumper fire truck based on the chassis of a 79 series Toyota Landcruiser. The Firecruiser has a V6 engine which powers a pto driven water pump and a four speed transmission. The truck is capable of speeds in excess of 100 mph but is very unstable at high speeds due to the large amount of weight created by the water. The Firecruiser can be used for all kinds of fire suppression including structural and wildland fire protection.

How To:

There's not much to operating a piece of apparatus this small but there are a few things that could help you get started. The truck is capable of high speeds but is not necessarily safe to operate at, the truck performs best for handling in the 50-80 mph range but above that it becomes very easy to lose control. The controls for the parking brake, hood, spotlight, heater, and dome light are located to the left of the driver's seat about where your food would rest. That's about it, get it started with the key to the right of the steering column and press the gas pedal, and you're good to go.

Pump:

This fire truck has a fairly basic pump, it includes two hose discharges, one suction intake, and a booster reel located in the rear compartment. To start the pump the truck must first be running, in park, and you must locate the lower panel to the left of the driver's seat, once that panel is located you may flip the pump mode switch once the light is illuminated that means the pump has power, once the pump is powered you may open the tank to pump and then whichever discharge you please, the discharge switches correspond with their pressure gauges located above them. To fill the tank once empty, located a water tender or some other sort of water source, once connected to the suction intake you must raise the throttle, open the tank to pump, and open the tank fill, once you see blue at the very top of the tank level indicator the tanks full and you can do it all again.
