The Male 01, 03, 05, 07 and 09 doesnt appear in original gmod because that have citizen shirt, the blue sweater, and if you se pac3 and put the refugee colorable playermodel on the others that doesnt appear on the list of pm you can see that the only colorable part is the white shirt that have inside of the blue sweater. (Sorry for my english)
