Republic Commando HUD - Bug Fixed

This HUD was not originally made by me. All of the original work is from this person.

All I did was fix a bug within the HUD's code. Originally, the HUD code did not disable the default Garry's Mod chat. This caused the HUD to break any custom chat addons that a server ran. Now, the HUD does not break custom chat addons.

Again, this HUD was not made by me. I will not make modifications at anyone's request.
