Reduced Sun Lamp Power

Description
This is an XML Patch which reduces the sun lamp power of a few modded sun lamps to more reasonable levels:

I tried to go for about 6 power per tile lit by the sun lamps.

Values are as follows:
Vanilla Sun Lamp (Lights 101 tiles): Reduced from 2900 to 600 Power
Sun Column (Lights 160 tiles) [Utility Columns]: Reduced from 3100 to 1000 Power
Wall Sun Lamp (Lights 56 tiles) [Save Our Ship 2]: Reduced from 1100 to 350 Power
Wall Sun Lamp (Lights 69 tiles) [Wall Sun Lamp]: Reduced from 2650 to 400 Power

Currently Compatible Mods:
Utility Columns 1.2+
Save Our Ship 2 1.5+
Wall Sun Lamp 1.5+

If there are any other mods that add sun lamps, let me know and I will try to make a patch for them

P.S. As this is just an XML patch this should *supposedly* work in every version since beta 17 (which added patch operations), but I just marked it as far back as 1.0, as that's all I tested

Super helpful! Another sunlamp mod I'd recommend is from Xercaine, Wall Sunlamps?
