Commander Squeaks

Adds Commander Squeaks to the Player's Inventory.

This will start the player with a Commander Squeaks. Commander Squeaks will only spawn with the player, and is not obtainable elsewhere. Commader Squwaks can give the player advice on military, and survival tactics if asked. Assuming, that is player understands rubber duck. If the player dies, and spawns a new character, a fresh Commander Squeaks will accompany them.

I made this mod for Digwood.

In B42: I had trouble with this one. Had to start over from scratch pretty much, as B42 broke it entirely. Fixed now though. However, although Commander Squeaks can still be consulted for military advice, one sadly no longer attracts zeds while doing so. He still speaks though, and sage advice it is to - I understand you are fluent in rubber duck?
