VFE Traits Addon - Smoker

I wasn't able to find it in the required items section, but it is obviously needed because it is what adds the cigars and cigarettes in the first place.

This mod adds a trait similar to the Lush and Stoner traits from Vanilla Traits Expanded except it is for tobacco. I got inspired to commission this after playing a bit of project zomboid and figured it might fit alongside all the anomaly content others are making.

This was coded by the great Taranchuk and commissioned by me.
