Bannerlord: Slow Down

UPDATED FOR 1.3+

Campaign map speed is decreased, and along with it some balances have been made.

- Campaign map base speed is now 2, from 5.
- AI parties should buy more food to compensate for this speed change.
- Cohesion loss should be reduced ten fold to compensate for the speed loss.
- View distance on the campaign map has been lowered and is additionally relative to party size. (optional)
- All wages have been split in half to compensate for the speed loss.
- Towns consume less food to counter the slow caravans.

*These values may change as I get a chance to test things out a bit more.
