Seton's Clutch

Seton's Clutch is a popular map from the real-time strategy game Supreme Commander. The map is known for its unique layout and balanced gameplay, making it a favorite for both competitive and casual matches.

Seton's Clutch features a central landmass flanked by water, with eight spawn points, four on each side. The map's design encourages both land and naval battles, as well as tactical use of air units. The central chokepoint, often referred to as "the clutch," is a critical area for controlling the flow of the game, making the map a great test of strategy and teamwork.

With this adaptation for Hex of Steel, trees and rocks will serve as more permanent features since they did not know how to reclaim back in WW2.
Supreme Commander has 'Mass' and 'Energy' as resources, and these are scattered around the maps as 'deposits' and locations where hydropower plants can be built. Here they just provide income, 10 for mass deposits, and 35 for 'hydropower plants'. These grant the full income value even when occupied.

This is a 4 vs 4 map with two teams of Allies and Axis:
• Allies - Republic of China, Soviet Union, United Kingdom, and USA
• Axis - Japan, Germany, Italy and Vichy France

In this important battle of World War 2, can you overcome the grueling fight down the center through clever tactics and combined arms? Will you break-through the clutch?
