Adds new quantum technology and useful components and instructions to extend Desynced's functionality and greatly improve process automation.

Added instructions for behavior controllers:

- Notify with duration
- Dynamic signpost
- Inventory empty/full/saturated

- Numerical loop/parameters

Added very high capacity depository.

Added cutting-edge material: quantum microprocessor.

Added components:
- Storage information
- Extended internal storage
- Ore search
- Extractor controller
- Transporter controller
- Resource collector
- Inaccessible resource collector
- Enemy detection
- GIAT: A-Time Intervention Group

Access to this technology will only be possible after discovering the research technologies quantum in advanced robotics research, humanities and blight conversion.

Hello, sorry if I'm late in answering you, I haven't been on Steam for a while. The component works for reserved slots only (5 different types at most, because beyond that it is not visually possible to correctly display the icons).

what exactly does the Storage Information Component do?
It doesn't appear to do anything while its running?
