Description


Have you ever formed an authoritarian regime in your 69th playthrough, but don't have the perfect gears to outfit your soldiers? Ever wanted to inflict fear and uber violence in style? Ever wanted to cosplay Kazuki Fuse while gunning-down groups of tribals?

Well fam, I got just the mod for you. Introducing the "Kerberos : Protect Gears and Firearms", this mod adds the protect gears and firearms used by the elite members of "Kerberos" from the "Kerberos saga".

Now you have the perfect gears to outfit your un-hinged and psychopathic colonists, go out there and conquer the rim!





























Q: Is it safe to add mid save?
A: Indeed, it just adds new armor and weapons.

Q: Is it CE compatible?
A: Nope.

Q: I can't seem to reload my pawn's ammo pack, how can I fix this?
A: Go to dev mode -> dev actions -> toggle job logging on a pawn. That's the only way to fix the problem, even me and my coder don't know why it was happening in the first place.

Version 1.0

-Completely replace the power armor system of the protect gears and just set them as generic apparels, though in exchange, they'll have a set effect mechanic instead.
-Completely replace the heavy weapon mechanic of the MG 42 and just set them to the generic firearm.
-Added more protect gears from Stray dogs, Inrang, and Panzer Jager.
-Retextured most of the weapons to fit the overall aesthetics of the protect gears.
-Added an MG 34 used by Panzer Jagers.
-Added a grenade launcher pistol.
-Muzzle flash compatible

Maybe you could make an energy weapon version of this mod, like a laser mg42, or a pulse mg34.

There's one where you can send the log at github, though not sure how though, you might want to ask around on RW Discord. Though you gotta make sure that the bug is causing red errors on the log, otherwise I won't know what's the problem

Yeah, they function as a placeholder for future mods that'll use those bullets, that way, I don't have to make more ammo sprites all the time. Also the power armor and heavy weapon system is irrelevant in this mod, it's best to just reserve it to anew mod that's highly dedicated to using those systems.

@BlackMarket420 Hmm (thinking), so far there aren't any special weapons that can use these two special bullets, but the new armor and new weapons above haven't been updated yet?
