Champion's Cosmic Pool Set

A Dicesmith Helmet and horizontal starter dice set mod for the Oracles! Alongside the Dicesmith Helmet, the Oracles get access to large adaptable starter sets that aid large dice pool builds.

Due to the nature of mods, there may be balancing and bug issues that accompany the custom starter dice sets. If you discover an issue, let me know and I will see if I can fix the problem!
