Upscaled UI

Description
Replaces UI elements and most fonts with AI upscaled versions.

Not all UI elements (mainly menu elements) are yet upscaled.

Set this at the bottom of your load order.

Minor graphical issues with cyrillic languages, sadly I can't upscale the fonts without breaking them.

Yes, because the game got updated (font graphics) and now this mods needs an update.

It's probably not compatible with other languages but English.
Other mods states which languages are usable with.
