Left 4 Goldeneye campaign Nav fix [OBSOLETE]

Description
Attention! Achtung!
Due to the original campaign release now includes this fix, thus it is not more needed as a separate add-on, it is left just for historical purpose.

Replaces original navigation meshes with the rebuiled ones.

Changelog:
• fixed an issue with the common infected spawning incorrectly: literally in front of or behind you;
• fixed an issue with the common infected not being alerted by the survivors on sight;
• fixed an issue with the survivor bots not picking up weapons and items.

Notice:
• this add-on does not include the campaign itself — just the .nav files;
• this add-on is needed for locally hosted or dedicated servers only.

I'll go ahead and update and you should be able to delete this.
We'll also make sure a new one is uploaded into Game Maps.
