this mod does absolutely nothing, it is an upload of the empty mod template which was bundled to the game by 10tons. Please report it on steam, to get it removed.

yeah, it is too easy to publish a new mod on the game ui, there are some warnings, like a visibility select box, which shows "public", but it is out of the way, to the side, not near the publish button, so i dont think, people realize what they are doing. Sure, updating an existing mod can be made easy, but creating a new mod should give you 2 warnings
