SAR 22m Rescue Vessel (Diesel-Electric) Tug, PSV

Medium size (22m lenght) SAR Vessel.
It's fully equiped, for example it contain:
-Fully automated engine and generator controller (just turn on engine - key in cockpit - and system will steer diesel engine to charge batteries automatically)
-GPS monitor, showing yours and waypoint's position
-Rear camera monitor
-Engine and battery telemetry monitor
-Large Winch (for towing, refueling etc)
-Bank limiter (to prevent too much tilt at high speeds)
-Azimuthal thrusters (so it's able to maneuver at tighr docks)
-Transponder locator
-Modular Diesel engine with my own ECU
-Full lighting
-Bridge heater
-Full equipment (like medical supplies, welders, fire extinguishers, polar clothing etc)
-Max speed: about 25 knots (30 at overdrive)

Vessel has enough power to tug another ship. After some customizing it could work as multi-purpose vessel or PSV.

Steering:
Helm's trigger (spacebar): toggle thrust to 0%
Helm's hotkey #1: toggle maneuver mode (limits speed allowing to use azimuthal thrusters max angle)
Helm's hotkey #2: toggle overdrive gearbox
Helm's W/S: Forward/reverse thrust
