FVH Hammer Heavy Tank

One of many experimental heavy tanks the Cassian Dominion during the mid to late 20th century. This model features a heavily armored and highly sloped wedge-shaped hull with (slightly less armored) unmanned turret housing an experimental 140mm tank gun. The tank has a crew of 3 (driver, gunner, commander) located behind at the turret in protected compartment for maximum crew protection. The tank features two sets of tracks for redundancy against mobility kill. It is also surprisingly fast on straight line thanks to its powerful engine, but is a bit slow to turn.

The use of many experimental technologies, however, made it clearly too expensive for mass-production and service, as well as its radical design made it difficult for it to fit into Dominion's ground force doctrine. Although a failure, many of its advance technologies were carry over to future Dominion vehicle, most notably its 140mm cannon which is to be put on the upgraded variant of the Cougar and Cobra MBT.
