Police Chevalier D6

Description
This mod adds in a police version of the Chevalier D6. It never made much sense to me that you could see the burnt and wrecked police trucks, but you could never find one that you could actually drive. I'm not sure if B42 is going to add in a police version of the Chevalier D6, but if it doesn't I'll be sure to get to work on that. This mod is also compatible with my other mod that renames vanilla vehicles to their real names.
