Change the Repeater Rifle from charge type to auto.

btw, do i need to destroy all rifles or just all repeater rifles?

The weapon was added with the dlc. But If you have the weapon without the DLC then the requirement can be ignored.

Why does this need heart of the swamp DLC?

if you loading a save you must disassemble the existing rifles in the mech inventory. Otherwise, attempting to fire the rifles will cause a crash. It's due to how the game read items from saves files.
