Armor/weapons - no level restrictions.

Removes level requirements for items. All swords and armor are set to the player's level making them accessible at any time.

I have tested this with about 30 swords and pieces of armor from all kinds of blacksmiths and armorers.

I cannot test everything so let me know if there are any issues.

As always (especially when dealing with inventory state) I suggest creating a fresh save to use a mod (duplicate save of whatever game you're playing on) in case there are any issues but I have not noticed any in my testing.
