Rampage

Description
A script that allows you to enter 'Rampage' mode, reducing the damage you take and increasing the damage you deal. An effect is drawn on the screen, music plays, and a sound effect is triggered on each kill.

To enable rampage mode, bind a key to
rampage_trigger
e.g. bind capslock rampage_trigger

Inspired by Trevor's rampage ability from Grand Theft Auto 5.

i think This is the only GTA V ability that can be ported fully to Gmod, cuz think about it, how are you going to slow down time in a multiplayer game for one person but not everybody else for Frank and Micheal's?
