Lidar Scanner 2

Lidar Scanner 2 allows you to scan the environment in the game, creating dots based on the environment.

You must disable the old Lidar Scanner addon

Open the game console (usually ~) and enter lidarscanner_openmenu


You can do this through the menu, or enter lidarscanner_resetconvars


There is a Max meshes setting in the menu. Try increase it.


There is a Scan size setting in the menu. You can use lidarscanner_scansize *scansize* in the console. You can also use the key bindings lidarscanner_scansize_up and lidarscanner_scansize_down . If you want to use the mouse wheel to resize, enable Scan Size Scroll Control in the menu and bind +lidarscanner_scansize_unlockscroll to any button. By holding the button you can change the size with the mouse wheel.


Open the menu, click on the BINDS button near the right edge. Now you see the buttons for binding. Click on the button you want to bind and press the key. After that, go to the console and paste the text from the clipboard.


Open the menu, click on the SCAN LINES COLOR button near the right edge. Now you can change the color of the lines.


Open the menu, click on the EXTENSIONS button near the right edge. You are now in the add-ons menu. Click in the Color Set list and click on the SET AS COLOUR ALGORITHM button. Now you can change the scan color using the sliders on top.
