GB Checkpoint, Outpost and PVE modes

Description
Note: Updated for 1035
CHECKPOINT style game mode.
- Secure parts of the map in stages (this is done through hacking a laptop in the area - watch will guide you to the laptop).
- Access is only open to parts of the map secured and the area the players are trying to secure.
- AI to spawn for each area.
- Dead / New Players have a small window (15 seconds) to respawn (by laptop in ready room) once an area is secured.
- If you die you will need to hit F4 to go back to the ready room and then F6 to spectate. [Not sure what is happening with the GUI here]

OUTPOST [First pass for compound map]
- defend against waves of opfor until fighting through to the extraction zone.
- your position will also under fire from ai snipers/LMGs in adjacent buildings.

RANDOM KILLHOUSE
- note - this takes ages to load
- random (semi procedurally generated) killhouse is generated every round.
- location of doors and internal objects in the killhouse rooms is also randomized.
- kill the opfor without killing the civs

Note: the following modes are currently suspended as 1035 has broken several critical lua commands
ADVANCED TERRORIST HUNT
Modification to the standard terrorist hunt with the following:
- option for player VIP who must survive otherwise round will end immediately [credit to Esco for thinking of this]
- end condition option - once the small selected number of terrorist are remaining a timer will start for the round to end

INTEL RETRIEVAL TJL Mod
- adding optional VIP, as well as being able to change the timing of the bumrush, optional no-shoot civs.
- adding in option to spawn in various types of AI (in development - uses the 'search' function which is borked at the moment.)

New update out
- Ranch map for GB Checkpoint should now have invisible walls fixed.
- pass on laptop positions to check adequate space for hacking etc.

I've disabled the civs for the current time.

There are still a few bugs in 1035 (one being .SetTeamAttitude which was previously used to have the main opfor and the civs as different teams which did not try and kill each other).

The only way to spawn in civs at the moment is to give them the main opfor team id (otherwise the main opfor will just gun them down). This will also enable the civs to throw grenades at you.

Random kill house spawned in the 747 map. Tangos spawned, however no civilians/hostages. Are there no civilian hostages, or do I need to set something for them to appear?
