This mod is NOT compatible with Hearthfire!
Don't ask me to make it compatible, it won't happen as Bethesda broke breezehomes NavMesh beyond repair with that DLC...

NOTE: This is a simple modification of some of the buy-able modules
in Breezehome

DESCRIPTION:

-Alterations to the Alchemy package:

The alchemy room has been altered to a smithing room
including a tanning rack, anvil, grindstone and a workbench.
There is also a non respawning barrel for your ingots.
The bookshelf and the chest have not been moved, as you still need
some place to store those weapons you forged and the books with the
different smithing techniques;)

The Alchemy table has been located to the right when you enter
Breezehome (where the never used shelf was).
I have added some potions and a non respawning
The enchanting table is located to the left (where the never used
table was) I have added a non respawning satchel there also.

-Alteration to the Dining room package:

Under the stairs I have cleaned stuff up and added a chest
Removed the big table, replaced it with a small table for your
romantic dinners with Lydia.

-Alterations to Lydia's room:

Upgraded the furniture, set it to belong to her

-Alterations to the Master Bedroom:

Upgraded furniture, added a safe and a lock-box.

- Navmesh altered to the new layout

- This is my first project, made for myself,
- I thought I should share it with the community that gave me so much to enjoy
- This mod was tested in Vanilla Skyrim without any bugs.
- Again: NOT compatible with Hearthfire DLC
- This mod should be compatible with all texture mods.
- I have tested it with Sexy Whiterun, Alternatives Whiterun,
and the Skyrim HD 2K textures mods without bugs.
- I do not use the HD pack from Bethesda, as there are beter packs
to be used made by very good modders...
