About
This is a co-op project between Saju and Sukkaplays. Saju made the logic and Sukkaplays the exterior and the interior. We wanted to make the ultimate SAR boat and I think we succeeded. This is the first product from SAKA Group. Hope you like it!

Usage
This boat has many multifunction displays so from now on I will call them MFD. Pretty much all screens are touch screens. CODE for weapons cabinet and bridge lock is 1702 or 9010.
  • DRIVING: On the captains left MFD press the ENG button to start the engines. Drive using WASD.
  • CRANE: First unlock the crane on the instrument panel to the captains right. Then use the crane from the help next to the crane.
  • AP is used by turning the system (on the right) on and inputting waypoints one by one. Then press "AP" and throttle up. Waypoints are cleared with "R".
  • If you suddenly hear beeping and the boat stops that is likely the anti collision system. NOT RECOMMENDED: you can disable it on the MFD on the captains left.

ig im wrong because i pressed spawn whirlpool and the same siren started playing even on another boat so im probably not going to play the game until i get get this figured out

it might just be the game but when ever i spawn this boat in exact a weird freaky siren starts going off when i go on the boat

Thanks for the feedback. I will consider making the changes at least to future boats/ships. Variable pitch propellers are kind of ugly lol. Thats one reason we haven't used them.

I would suggest to put pid to keep engine rps at , let say 3 modes: maneuvering, cruise, and “FULL THROTTLE” and use w/s and space as a reset to 0, to control pitch of the propellers in steps, like 10 ahead and 10 astern. It should give much easier and precise control during mooring opps, I played few missions on towing ships and when in harbor I moored them alongside the boat to come to a berth, and changing from ahead to astern is a bit tricky, would be much easier if you have pitch controllable props. Also if you put rudder hard to port and starboard ringing ahead wile ps eng. Astern, bow thruster to starboard you can move sideways, which I use a lot during my work on a ship. As a Chief Officer on a dredger I spend 12 hrs a day maneuvering, and most ships I worked had controllable pitch props and only the one I’m currently on has a usual clutch system - which is a bit of a pain during mooring operations.

This is my second favorite creation in the workshop, and number one among sea crafts.

There was an issue with the aft winch cable length indicator, the winch controller was sending data on the wrong channel.

Top speed is incredible, only flying issue is annoying, but if you are careful, can be avoided.
I had an idea, maybe if it was possible to run engine on constant RPS and replace the propellers with pitch controllable, it will make maneuvering on slow speed much smoother. Also I’d increase bow thruster power, just a bit.


When I open editor to view the logic nodes and saw that spiders web of connections it always make me wonder how you guys who create such amazing crafts can understand what goes where?))

Not possible. There is a lock override. Input 1702 or 9010 and the lock will open.
