What's actually alight on your picture is Triangle and Blue ( Which would make the trait you're looking to press Circle ) . Both triangle and circle can be obtained in the table since they could both be lit up at the same time.
Also, the table itself seems a bit strange to me, since you could theoretically obtain a random pair of 'triangle' and 'circle' simultaneously which should be impossible. Could it be instead that the table rows/columns are mislabelled and the module itself works fine? For example, perhaps the labels for the 'blue' column and the 'triangle' row are swapped by mistake?
For example, if all the red buttons light up and all the square buttons light up, you know the correct button has a U printed on it. (it doesn't necessarily mean the correct button is red or square) You can now press any button with a U without a strike.
Once a trait of the correct button is revealed, pressing a button that doesn't match that trait will yield a strike.
Repeat that four times to learn all four traits of the correct button, and press it to solve. You can also get lucky and find the correct button early.
If you're still having trouble, please DM me so I can help and maybe make the manual clearer.
If you think there's a bug please describe it more or feel free to contact us either here, discord or github;
All other module where very fun and cool to play
