Good day fellow officers, I present to you Brighton Police Department "Nightwing" v3.0 edition!

***Please note, if you use both the non-slicktop & slicktop editions, apparently there is a bug where the mods are all one version (either all slicktop or all non-slicktop).***

>> Vehicle Liveries - All vehicles (including DLCs) black & blue, additionally, bumper stickers and U.S. flags are in color!

>> Vehicle Lights (ELS) - All vehicles have custom red & blue ELS patterns with some amber.

>> Vehicle Sirens & Sounds - the sirens & sounds are custom utilizing audio software giving you Yelp & Wail, Yelp & Phaser, Air-horn and Pullover (Blip).

All parts of this mod is customize-able by simply going to your Steam directory DRIVE:INSTALL DIRECTORYSteamsteamappsworkshopcontent9970103251795357 and modify the 'manifest.json'. For example, you may have a mod of a livery, ELS and/or Siren/Sound mod that you would like to keep in conjunction with this one. Just delete/edit any of the lines to your desired outcome.

Good day fellow officers! I hope all is well and everyone is having a good weekend so far. Just wanted to let you all know, I have updated this mod to include all the latest released vehicles. ELS patterns, sirens & sounds have been updated! I hope you all enjoy, stay safe & stay healthy!

The custom siren sound seems to glitch out after 5 seconds and starts over like its the end of a recording and automatically replaying it

Just a recommendation but Fairhaven PD based livery From need for speed hot pursuit could be cool.

I did have to adjust the brightness of the lights for nighttime. I dont know if this is just a personal issue or if it is something to be looked at. However, I figured I would let bring it to your attention.

@Nortie, you modify the "manifest.json" file to your desire output. As explained in the description it explains how to get to the there and what file to look for. Basically edit what you want to keep or don't want to keep.

Good day everyone, happy Friday! To change the skin of your vehicle, go to the nearest garage. From there, at the bottom of the screen, it'll tell you what button to push (controller) or key press (keyboard) to change your livery. You cycle each livery that you have subscribed to PLUS the default ones from the devs.
