Camera & Disc
Appearance and Location:
The Camera is an essential item required for any successful dives.
It appears on the front porch to the left of the door every morning after players wake up.
You’ll find it waiting for you as you step out into the eerie world of Old Earth.

Functionality:
Recording: The Camera is used to record various spooky phenomena while you’re out diving. Whether it’s creepy monsters, cursed relics, or other artifacts, capturing them on film is your goal.

Built-in Flashlight: The Camera comes equipped with a built-in flashlight. This flashlight activates only when the Camera is recording.

Film Limit: The Camera has a total of 90 seconds of film time. You can see the remaining film percentage in the top right corner of the screen while holding the Camera.

Extracting Footage: After your dive, place the Camera in the extractor to get a CD with the recorded footage. The video can then be uploaded to SpöökTube for fame and views.

Survival and Virality:
Survive by managing your oxygen, Camera battery, and your team’s well-being.
Upload your chaotic footage to SpöökTube and watch the views tick up.
Ad revenue from your SpöökTube videos allows you to upgrade gear and survive more easily in the Old World.

Controls:
Recording Toggle: Left-click (LMB) toggles the Camera’s recording mode.
Aiming and Zoom: Right-click (RMB) allows you to aim the Camera. You can also zoom in using the scroll wheel.
Selfie Mode: Pressing “R” switches the Camera to selfie mode, where you can capture yourself in the eerie environment.

Broken Camera

How It Happens:
When a player using the camera perishes in the Old World (whether due to monsters, traps, or other hazards), their camera becomes broken.
The camera remains in the location where the player died, waiting for someone to retrieve it.

Recovering the Broken Camera:
If you’re part of a team, one of your fellow adventurers must sacrifice inventory space to bring the broken camera back home.
Once you’ve located the broken camera, you’ll need to use the extractor to retrieve the video clips from the damaged camera, just as you would with a regular camera

SpöökTube Views and Virality:
Even though the camera is broken, the footage it contains can still be valuable for your SpöökTube channel.
Upload the retrieved clips to SpöökTube and watch the views roll in.

Flashlights
Flare

When you use a Flare, it emits a bright red light, illuminating the darkness around you. This can be especially helpful in dark and dingy locations like the Factory and Hotel, where monsters may lurk in unseen corners due to shadows.

However, keep in mind that a Flare is a consumable item. Once activated, it cannot be turned off, and its charge will eventually run out.

You cannot replenish it.

Old Flashlight

Cost: The Old Flashlight is available for purchase from the shop for a reasonable price of $20
Battery Life and Brightness: While it’s not the most advanced flashlight, it gets the job done. Keep in mind that its battery life is limited, so use it wisely. As you explore, you’ll notice that the battery drains over time, leaving you in darkness if you’re not careful.
Charging Stasions are located right outside the Ship.

Modern Flashlight

Cost: The Modern Flashlight is available for purchase from the shop for an semi-expensive $150
Brightness: Unlike the basic Old Flashlight, the Modern Flashlight emits a brighter light. This upgrade allows you to navigate the eerie Old World more effectively and spot monsters more quickly.
Exploration: As you explore the dark corners of Content Warning, having a reliable flashlight is essential. The Modern Flashlight ensures that you won’t miss any lurking threats as you document your Spooktube adventures.

Long Flashlight

Cost: The Long Flashlight is available for an expensive $200
Improved Illumination: Unlike the basic Old Flashlight, the Long Flashlight provides longer-lasting illumination. It’s especially useful in dark and treacherous locations like the Factory and Hotel, where shadows can conceal lurking monsters.
Strategic Use: As you explore the eerie world of Old Earth, having a reliable flashlight is crucial. The Long Flashlight ensures that you won’t be caught off guard by unseen threats.

Modern Flashlight Pro

Cost: The Modern Flashlight Pro is available for purchase in the in-game shop for a hefty price of $500
Enhanced Brightness and Range: Unlike the basic Old Flashlight, the Modern Flashlight Pro offers superior illumination. Its beam is brighter and extends farther, allowing you to explore the dark corners of Old Earth with confidence.
Monster Detection: With the Modern Flashlight Pro, you’ll spot lurking monsters more quickly, which is crucial for your survival. Whether you’re documenting your Spooktube adventures or simply trying to stay alive, this upgraded flashlight is a valuable asset.

Long Flashlight Pro

Cost: The Long Flashlight Pro is available for purchase in the in-game shop for a super expensive $600
Enhanced Brightness and Range: Unlike the 'Modern Flashlight Pro' or 'Long Flashlight' this flashlight allows you to spot more accurately. If you are aware of surroundings this flashlight is recommended, if not then the 'Modern Flashlight Pro' would do just fine!

Comments and Engagement: Not only does the Bones boost your views, but it also encourages viewers to leave comments. Some might speculate about its origins, while others share their own spooky experiences related to different types of Bones. (Skull, Bone, Ribcage & Spine)

They all contribute to the unsettling atmosphere of the game.

The Chorby appears as a reskinned version of the skull.
Just as the bones it boost views & comments!

Unfortunately, this titan of a monster is extremely dangerous and nearly impossible to outrun.
Radio
Appearance and Function:
The Radio appears as an old, weathered device with a retro design.
When you pick up the Radio, it plays a track known as Music_Phonk2.
It contributes to the eerie atmosphere of the game, adding an auditory layer to your ghost-hunting adventures.

Container
Storage and Inventory:
A Container provides additional inventory space for your team. As you explore the Old World, you’ll encounter various items, artifacts, and equipment. Having a Container allows you to carry more without being weighed down.
You can find Containers scattered throughout the game map. Look out for them in abandoned buildings, dark alleys, or hidden corners.

Acquiring the Rescue Hook:
You can purchase the Rescue Hook from the in-game shop booth located outside your house on the home island.
It costs $250 and occupies a single slot in your inventory.
Investing in a Rescue Hook early on is a smart move, as it can be a lifesaver when you find yourself in a tricky situation.

Using the Rescue Hook:
The Rescue Hook functions like a grappling hook.
When activated, it shoots out a rope and hook in a straight line until it connects with a hard surface.
Once connected, it pulls you toward the point of connection rather forcefully.
Be cautious about where you launch the Rescue Hook—landing in an unsafe area can be risky.
After landing, there’s a brief delay before you regain your footing, so use it as a last resort

Brain On A Stick
Appearance and Effect:
The Brain on a Stick appears as a gruesome item—a literal brain impaled on a stick.
When you pick it up, it has a sinister effect: it will attract any nearby Snailmen to your location.
Snailmen are semi-dangerous entities in the game, so handling the Brain on a Stick requires caution.

While it might seem tempting to experiment with this artifact, attracting Snailmen, Snailmen are mostly harmless since you can easily get away from them but they could also kill you if you don't pay attention!

Virality and SpöökTube:
Capturing footage of the Brain on a Stick and its consequences can lead to captivating content for your SpöökTube channel.

The Shroomer is only visible when a player picks up or comes into direct contact with a shroom item.
When picked up, it has a sinister effect: it will transform the player into a mutated creature with mushrooms sprouting out from their body.
If there are no other players nearby, the Shroomer will simply kill the affected player.
The transformation process emits a distinct sound that all players can hear.

Behavior:
A Shroomer, once transformed, will attack other players when they are in close proximity. It delivers a hard punch.
Interestingly, the player who becomes a Shroomer still retains control, allowing them to move away from potential victims.
To other players, the Shroomed individual appears unchanged, unaware of their fungal transformation.
This effect is known as the “Curse of Shroom.”

Shroomer Attacks:
Shroom Slap: When a Shroomed player gets close to another player, they attempt to slap them, dealing significant damage.
However, the Shroomed player can still move away, as they remain in control.

Reporter Mic & Boom Mic
Reporter Mic
Purpose and Function:
The Reporter Mic is designed to improve the audio quality of your videos.
Better sound quality can lead to increased viewership on SpöökTube, making this item valuable for content creators.
Acquisition:
To obtain the Reporter Mic, you’ll need in-game currency.
It costs $50, which you can earn by accumulating views on SpöökTube.
Once you have enough funds, purchase the Reporter Mic and place it in one of your three available item slots.
Using the Reporter Mic:
Hold the mic close to your mouth before speaking.
It automatically magnifies your voice, improving overall sound quality in your videos.
Be mindful of your volume—speaking too loudly can hurt viewers’ ears.
You can also use the mic to broadcast to other players by right-clicking the mouse button. This allows you to hear your friends’ voices and the surrounding environment.

Boom Mic
The Boom Mic compared to the Reporter Mic can also be used to keep Snailmen away, but you have to be careful when doing it or it might get close enough!

The Clapper resembles a clapperboard, which is typically used during film production to indicate which take is being recorded and synchronize sound.
In Content Warning, the Clapper doesn’t serve the same practical purposes as in real filmmaking.

In-Game Functionality:
Physically, the Clapper doesn’t synchronize sound or indicate takes.
Instead, it enhances the quality of your video recordings by producing a clapping sound.
When you use the Clapper during your ghost-hunting expeditions, it can potentially attract more views to your SpöökTube channel.

Strategic Use:
Assign a teammate to handle the Clapper during recordings.
Incorporate the clapping sound into your videos to make them more engaging.
While it won’t impact gameplay directly, it contributes to your content creation efforts.

The Gravity Anomaly is pretty simple, It just have 2 Animal-looking Statuses.

How can you tell which one is the right or fake one?
Read their name carefully, the wrong usually got a spelling mistake, meaning if you pick it up you will start flying and slowly dying.

What if you picked it up and you're flying:
Hope you have a friend to throw it to you :)
