I think the distance was a bit long to reach the woods that is away from the minefield. Suggest to give either a transport truck or start somewhere a bit closer.

Either remove the arsenal or remove the mobilization DLC. Otherwise it's very stupid. And yes, many authors of community missions make this mistake, you are not the first and this infection has spread deeply. It's a pity.
Thanks for letting me know. Did you enable the Global Mobilization DLC as I had specivied? The mission is built on it.
The mission did crash on start indeed. The fix was to just publish an update, so it works now.
You definitely didn't specify the dependencies. So I give you 1 day to fix it)
