Cycle your weapons without that short lag, switch to your 3rd tool faster.
Removes the tiny lag at primary weapon tool switching, so you can cycle through your weapons without the need to wait after every button press.

Note that some weapons have a melee 'warm-up' time, which is why you can't always immediatelly swing, that is not in the scope of this mod.
