Description
At VForce diesel, we present to you our first transmission, The VT12

This is the VT12. It’s a 12-speed automated heavy-duty transmission. In total it features 12 forward gears plus 4 reverse gears, all fully automated, all you have to do is put it in forward or reverse, and hit the accelerator to go.

The VT12 is targeted towards a wide range of heavy GVWR vehicles. From highway running semi-trucks, to heavy crane trucks, logging trucks, Heavy Haul, and even busses and motorhomes. A truly versatile unit that can be adapted and fitted to handle it all.

The VT12 comes as a crate transmission including the transmission itself, the control computer required to run the transmission, and the gear selector that can be placed wherever within your vehicle that is most convenient.

This transmission was built and tested using the Fingo T900 equipped with a standard VForce 12 Pro 635 HP diesel engine hauling a variety of weight ranges to thoroughly test the transmission, and ensure that it met the criteria we aimed to achieve.

IMPORTANT
Connect your vehicle ON signal to the backlight node on the shifter control panel.
W/S Sensitivity between 12-15% Recommended.
Rated operating range 850-1,100 RPM (Input speed).
Designed for use with 5x5 wheels, or enlarged 3x3 wheels. XML editing the wheels grip factor is strongly recommended for heavy GVWR vehicles.
75-80 MPH ideal top speed when set up with the right wheels.

If you are using smaller standard size 3x3 wheels, use a 6:5 or more gear increment at the final drives to achieve the desired top speed.

FREE TO USE - PLEASE GIVE CREDIT.
Use this transmission in whatever creation you want, all I ask is you give credit in your description when you post in on the workshop.

I've been using it recently and havent had any issues. What this sounds is that the "occupied" signal going into the TCM could have been incorrectly connected, as its the only signal that would directly prompt the transmission to go back into neutral besides using the gear selector.

Stays in neutral and doesn't shift out. Using the vForce 15.8L diesel along with it. Have everything wired into the ECM and ON Signal. Gearbox will briefly light up "R" for reverse than switch right back to neutral.

make sure the w/s sensitivity is pretty low and you're running decently grippy tires and it should be good
