Better Army Truck

Description
I improved the army truck giving it an upscale, a normal map, anisotropic filtering, new tyres and hubcaps, updated the breakshield, higher res reflectors and lights and a proper grill

@ShadowKahn I would do it, but I know from experience putting it in one pack makes it difficult to replace one vehicle without unsubscribing from the whole pack or having to edit the pack. I kept it modular for that reason so far

@Ozzy Immerse, I also use RTGI, Ambient light, Prismatic Abberation, some fakeHDR and an LUT
