vip mod玩着玩着ai就自爆了，有没有什么办法别让ai炸啊，搞得每一把玩到后面就不想玩了，疯狂救火，救ai命，安定度的改动太致命了

有bug啊，那个意大利，一颗美学星星给3万名望，直接甩第二名好几倍，还有那个新西兰，进现代敲几个建筑，首都科研2M，两回合把所有科技全点了，真逆天，膨胀到科技变成0，金币变成-2M了，不好绷，大概和市政和贸易路线也有关系，反正数值确实是炸了
