Just replace add or replace the pic in the game folder (ExternalData\Modules\Default).

Or make your cat an ace pilot (in the default module or create a new one), so you can give it also a name and skills. It has then a good chance to appear in the campaign.

is there a way to replace portraits with other pics. i want one of my squadrons pilots to be a pic of my cat :P

Since I integrated the mod into mine, I noticed something. The picture of the James McCudden doesn't appear because you forgot to name the picture correctly. aces_j.son "bri_ace_mccudden1.jpg" are correct but in your mod "PilotPortraits" it's "bri_ace_mccudden". The 1 is missing. That's why the picture is empty. I changed that for my mod.
