Description
Updated version of Real Space System Scale Gigastructural Engineering Patch 3.8

Overview
Decided to do these updates for my own personal use as I use Real Space and Gigastructural Engineering.

I probably won't maintain this mod as the original author, has conveyed plans on updating it when they can. But since I'm making it public, if there is a mega that still looks like it needs updating I can try to fix it. I honestly don't know what I'm doing here... I just compared the changes made in the compat mod against Gigastructural Engineering and Real Space to update it and it worked. Didn't add anything else.

Terraforming gigastructure for dead planets increases in size several times after construction.
The rest of the gigastructures seem to be working.

Would be very very nice and appreciated if we could have your update on this since the original GOAT seems to be still unavailable working on it, and the latest ones created by others are not quite well done patches with all due respects. Currently still using yours to play the game, and find several gigas not operating as they should in the latest version of RS and GE.
